Refund policy

All return requests must be submitted within 14 days of the original purchase date. Items in the non-returnable categories below are not eligible for return regardless of timeframe.

Live fish are sold as-is with no guarantee. Please review our Koi Shipping & Delivery policy for full details.

Eligible dry goods returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

• Chemicals and water treatments
• Electrical items (UV units, pumps, lighting, etc.)
• Food items (unless unopened and in original packaging)
• Pre-cut items (liner, tubing, etc.)

Shipping and handling charges will be refunded only in cases where the error is attributable to USA Koi.

We only accept credit and debit cards issued within the United States.
