Shipping Policy
Shipping Area We ship to the contiguous 48 United States only. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or any US territories. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, as our primary carrier UPS does not deliver to P.O. Box addresses.
Shipping Rates
- Free shipping on all orders $75.00 and over
- $9.90 flat rate on orders under 5 lbs
- $19.90 flat rate on orders between 5–70 lbs
Order Processing & Cutoff Times
- Orders placed before 12:00 PM EST Monday–Friday will generally ship the same day
- Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST Monday–Friday, or on weekends, will ship the next business day
- We ship Monday–Friday even when our retail store is closed
Tracking All orders ship with a tracking number. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information as soon as your order is on its way.
